The car park is located in the same building as the hotel. Parking is available at the price of 120 SEK for 24 hours.
This contemporary hotel caters for families as well as budget-conscious tourists. The hotel is located in Älvsjö south of Stockholm, near Stockholm International Fairs and the Älvsjö railway station, from which the centre of Stockholm is but a 10-minute rail journey away. From this station you can catch the direct train to Friends Arena. There is also a bus leaving from this station to Globen.
The hotel features 60 fully furnished Standard Rooms and 35 Quick Sleep Rooms. The Quick Sleep Rooms are suitable for the very budget-conscious. It is possible to combine the two room types to create a Connecting Room, which is ideal for families.
The latest technology is incorporated into the hotel. All hotel rooms and public areas feature wireless Internet access free of charge. There is a guest computer with printer access available in the lobby. We do not accept cash as payment when you check-in!
You will find that environmental thinking is thoroughly integrated into different parts of our hotel’s daily routine, from food, beverages and bedlinen to garbage handling. We adjust the room heating to the level of occupancy on the day.

Quick Sleep Room
These simple,windowless rooms are ideal for the budget-conscious traveller. The Quick Sleep Rooms are simple,yet comfortable. The shared showers facilities, WC and sauna are situated in the hotel corridor. These rooms have a small LCD-TV, and also feature free Internet access. The Quick Sleep rooms can accommodate up to 2 persons. Hair dryer is available on the shared facilities. Free parking is subject to availability.
The Standard Room
The Standard Rooms are furnished in light colours, with wooden floors and tiled bathrooms. All Standard Rooms have an LCD-TV. Wireless Internet access is available free of charge. Standard Rooms are adapted for two persons, but those in need of an extra bed may acquire one at a surcharge. Please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff for assistance!
Standard Room Plus
The Standard Plus Room is just as our Standard room but also equipped with smaller fridge, microwave oven and electric kettle, Perfect for those who would like to stay longer. The room has light colours, wooden floors and tiled bathroom. All Plus rooms has LCD-TV and wiireless Internet access is available for free. Extra bed is available at additional cost.
Quadrouple Room
The Quadruple rooms are furnished in light colours, with wooden floors and tiled bathrooms. All rooms have an LCD-TV. Wireless Internet access is available for free. Quadruple rooms are adapted for up to 4 persons, In this room type there are two twin beds and a bunk bed divided into two rooms with a door in between. Ideal for both the family and for a couple of friends.
The hotel bistro and bar are situated in the lobby, which is appropriately named The Living Room. Some of the walls are lined with book shelves, among which our guests are free to browse among and borrow any books they like. This open solution of a combined restaurant and lounge area is unique feature of our hotel. The atmosphere of The Living Room is welcoming without being importunate. This is an ideal spot for the informal meeting as well as the relaxing post- work drink.

The complimentary breakfast is served between 6.30 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. Monday through Friday and between 7.00 a.m. and 10.00 a.m. on weekends and public holidays. We offer a continental breakfast in a quiet environment.
Bar menu
Food from the bar menu is served between 11:00 to 22:00.
