RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

– for individual bookings with Connect Hotels

CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION

When a reservation is made through the Internet, a confirmation is sent by email to the address specified by the customer. When checking-in, the guest shall be able to show the confirmation upon request. It is the guest’s responsibility to check that the reservation information provided is correct. If something is inaccurate or needs to be changed, it is the guest’s responsibility to contact the hotel as soon as possible.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE/PAYMENT

All requests regarding change or cancellation of an existing booking must be made by e-mail to the hotel.

TERMS OF FULLY FLEXIBLE RATES AND CONTRACT RATES

The stay will be paid in full, upon arrival at the hotel. The reservation can be changed or canceled until 18.00 the day before arrival (local time) at no extra charge unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

LATE CHECK IN

Guarantee your room by providing us with payment information and we will hold your reservation overnight.
In case of late cancellations on guaranteed bookings or in case of no show; 100 percent of the rate for the first night will be charged.

PREPAID RATE

Cancellations and amendments can be made up to 24 hours after the original reservation was made. After 24 hours have passed, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be amended. The credit card used at time of reservation will be charged for the full stay. The room is automatically held for late arrival. In case of cancellation or no show, no refund is possible.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT

Check-in can take place from 3 PM on the day of arrival at Connect Hotels. The front desk is manned around the clock, seven days a week. Any comments and remarks regarding the room or other facilities shall be addressed with the front desk staff as soon as possible upon check in.
Check out time is before 12pm on the day of departure at Connect Hotels. If you wish to check out later, please contact the Front Desk. Additional charges may be applied.

DAMAGE / SMOKING IN THE ROOM

Guest or liable for the room, is responsible for any damages to the room, equipment or premises of the hotel, as a result of irresponsible behavior. All rooms at Connect Hotels are non-smoking and infringement will be charged to the guest by SEK 1500.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPERTY

Provider has no strict liability for property kept in a hotel room or on the hotel premises.

THE HOTEL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DENY HOUSING

At our hotels, guests are sleeping and resting at all hours. Therefore, we expect all staying guests to show consideration around the clock, by not talking too loud, shouting or running in the corridors. For this reason and for the safety of our guests and staff, we reserve us the right to refuse accommodation for you and your party if: your conduct and / or physical / mental condition interferes with/ creates anxiety among other guests or if full payment for the accommodation cannot be made.

FORCE MAJEURE

Strikes, lockouts, fire, explosions, war or warlike conditions, substantial restrictions on deliveries or other circumstances outside our control, entitles the hotel to cancel the contract without any obligation to pay for damages or make a refund of charged amount.

OTHER

Although every effort is made to ensure that information on our website is up to date and accurate, the hotel will not assume any responsibility for any losses directly or indirectly as a result of usage of information on our website.
